Just 10 minutes
Someone I know has recently decided to spend 10 minutes a day praying and thinking about God. How difficult it is to find that extra time in the run-up to Christmas, but I'm going to try it now in the middle of a busy day writing Christmas cards and preparing for services. Because actually, surely, that's what Christmas is all about - it's CHRISTmas after all!

So much to do - so little time...!
Christmas is coming - and it fills us with a sense of urgency! So many things to do! But the Church's season of Advent reminds us what Christmas is really about - the coming of Jesus. The amazing arrival of God as a human being, a baby at first but soon to grow up into a boy and then a man and to die as a human being on the cross before rising from the dead to conquer the forces of darkness and prepare to return again to take us to himself. But if you find just a few minu
