All things bright and beautiful...

The displays at this year's Harvest Festival services around the parish have been amazing. Look at this stunning arrangement by Lynne Barnes at St Botolph's, Newton. As well as flowers, many people have kindly donated produce for auction. The Alzheimer's Society is our parish charity this year. It funds care and research into this disease which can affect people's memory, thinking, planning, problem-solving, moods and behaviour. As yet there is no cure, but those affected and their carers can be helped to manage the symptoms. Thank you to those who have given so generously to this worthwhile cause.
