On becoming a grandfather

Regular readers of the blog will have observed that there has been a bit of a gap! This is because on 19 May Liz and I became grandparents, with the birth of Joshua David to our daughter Rachel and her husband David (all are well). This is a great privilege and it is a reminder of the great miracle of birth - one of God's best gifts to humankind!
